“Number of Lines”; is calculated by determining the total transcribed characters and dividing them by the numeric value of ‘65’ which is a standard according to the American Association of Medical Transcriptionists (AAMT).

The price is on a per-minute basis.

Invoices are generated and sent to the clients on a bi-weekly basis (Transcription and Translation). RCM invoices are generated on the last working day of each month. It is advised to make the payments against an invoice within 5 days of receiving the invoice to avoid inconvenience in receiving any service. Payments should be made to InfoTech through the agreed-upon payment method.
