While growing up along New Jersey shores, Richard gained an early appreciation for entrepreneurship while helping his father run his family’s marina business. That is whenever he wasn’t away at boarding school in Lawrenceville, NJ.

Following his years at boarding school and the marina, Richard attended college at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, where he studied Emergency Medicine and Pharmacology.

Using the knowledge, he acquired from there Richard spent the next many years in a variety of healthcare environments which ranged from ER, laboratories, CCU, and the Pediatric mental health units. Throughout that time, he also maintained his own lucrative S-Corp that he later sold.

Richard then focused my attention on Nutraceutical Manufacturing and Medical Sales where he worked in larger corporate environments with Mergers & Acquisitions, Process Improvement, New Product Launches, and Event/Project Management.
